John's Pass Resort Hotel

In fact, Johns Pass Village is a commercial tourist location situated in Madeira Beach Florida. As a matter of fact, Johns Pass Village averages over 10,000 visitors each day. It consists of over 10 restaurants (Bubba Gumps, Sculleys, Hooters, The Hut, Friendly Fishermen, ETC) and over 100 retail shops for visitors to use. Parking has always been limited and has become very valuable due to the increase of visitors over the years.

An opportunity to purchase the largest accumulation of vacant lots available in Johns Pass Village became available in 2015 through the relationships and contacts of Frank Dagostino.

In January 2016, a purchase of 13 concurrent vacant lots (Lot# 2,3,4,7,8,9,14,15,16,17,18,19,20) took place. Currently the property is a paid parking surface lot used by John’s Pass Village guests.

The project is in the final stages of the pre-development phase and waiting on a final city approval. The planned use is a 78 2-Bedroom Guest Suite Hotel with 3 stories of parking. For instance, with 294 spaces, 3 stories of units along with a water park and retail.
